Refund policy
At Funwater SUP Company, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we’re here to help. Please review our Return and Refund Policy for guidance on how to process returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for items that meet the following conditions:
- The return request is initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided.
Note: Items marked as final sale, gift cards, or promotional products may not be eligible for return unless defective.
2. How to Initiate a Return
Contact our Customer Service team at info@funwaterboard.com with your order number and reason for the return.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases of damaged or defective items, or if the incorrect product was shipped.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
4. Refunds
Refunds will be processed as follows:
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
- If the return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
5. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. To exchange an item:
- Contact us at info@funwaterboard.com with your order details and photos of the defective or damaged product.
- Once approved, we will ship a replacement item free of charge.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery:
- Email us at info@funwaterboard.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.
- We will work with you to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or refund.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
- Check with your bank or credit card provider; it may take some time before the refund is posted.
- If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@funwaterboard.com.
8. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled if the request is made before the order is shipped. Once the item is shipped, the order can no longer be canceled and must be processed as a return.
