Shipping Policy

Processing Time:

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Note: Shipping times may be affected by holidays, customs delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • You can track your order using the shipping carrier’s website or via our order tracking page.

Shipping Issues:

If your order has not arrived within the estimated time frame, please contact us at info@funwaterboard.com. We’ll assist with locating your package or filing a claim with the shipping provider.

 

Return Policy

At Funwater, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges.

Returns:

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us at info@funwaterboard.com with your order number and reason for return.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Exchanges:

  • If you need to exchange your product for a different size or model, you can do so within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Shipping fees may apply.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status.
  • If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or shipping error.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us at info@funwaterboard.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include photos of the issue and your order number, and we will assist in resolving the problem.
