At Funwater, we are committed to providing our customers with the best shopping experience. That's why we offer FREE shipping on all orders within Australia, no minimum purchase required!
Order Processing & Delivery Time
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
- Standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location.
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor your package's journey.
Delivery Areas
We currently offer free shipping across Australia. If you are located in a remote area, delivery may take a little longer, but we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
Packaging
We take great care in packaging your order to ensure it arrives safely. Our products are carefully packed with eco-friendly materials where possible.
Important Notes
- Please ensure the shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or issues arising from incorrect addresses.
- Shipping times may be affected by external factors such as public holidays or carrier delays, but we’ll work hard to get your Funwater SUP board to you as quickly as possible.

Return Policy
At Funwater SUP Company, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we’re here to help. Please review our Return and Refund Policy for guidance on how to process returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for items that meet the following conditions:
- The return request is initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided.
Note: Items marked as final sale, gift cards, or promotional products may not be eligible for return unless defective.
2. How to Initiate a Return
Contact our Customer Service team at info@funwaterboard.com with your order number and reason for the return.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases of damaged or defective items, or if the incorrect product was shipped.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
4. Refunds
Refunds will be processed as follows:
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
- If the return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
